TrustModel.ai
Evidentiary compliance infrastructure for AI/ML models in financial services — consolidating model risk, fair-lending, and compliance audit trails into a single system of record.
This is my latest investment — and the clearest signal of how I operate: at the frontier of where enterprise revenue, regulated buyers, and emerging technology meet. It’s context for the depth I bring as a revenue leader, not a separate practice I’m selling.
The Problem
As banks and lenders deploy AI/ML models into credit, fraud, and underwriting decisions, regulators have made one thing clear: the model is only as defensible as the evidence behind it. Model risk management, fair-lending testing, and compliance documentation live in separate systems, owned by separate teams, assembled by hand at exam time. When a regulator or plaintiff asks “prove it,” the audit trail is scattered across spreadsheets, tickets, and email.
What TrustModel.ai Does
TrustModel.ai consolidates the evidentiary record — model inventory, conceptual soundness, outcomes analysis, and the fair-lending and compliance trail — into a single, exam-ready system of record. It is built around the supervisory expectations financial institutions actually answer to.
The Pillars
Why This Matters to How I Lead Revenue
Selling into banks means selling to the CIO, the CISO, the Chief Risk Officer, and Compliance — the most demanding enterprise buyers there are. Building TrustModel.ai means living in their world: their regulators, their audit cycles, their definition of “defensible.” That fluency is exactly what makes me effective as a revenue leader for companies selling complex, high-trust products into the enterprise. It’s the same instinct that closed $100M+ in regulated and technical markets — applied at the frontier.

Happy to compare notes on SR 26-2, model risk, and what regulated AI buyers actually require. Thirty minutes, no pitch.
