Current Role • Advisor & Chief Revenue Officer
Propelon AI
The enterprise AI value realization platform — the system of record for enterprise AI, from intent to verified impact. People make the decisions. Agents do the work. Every initiative ends in a number Finance will sign.
I serve as Advisor and Chief Revenue Officer at Propelon, and I built its go-to-market — the messaging, the value proposition, and the new website. It’s the clearest current expression of how I operate: at the seam where enterprise revenue, regulated buyers, and AI meet. It’s context for the depth I bring as a revenue leader, not a separate practice I’m selling.
The Problem
Almost everyone is using AI. Almost no one can show the board what it returned. Personal productivity is not enterprise value, and the gap between activity and attributable impact is now the defining management problem of the AI era: most people say AI has made them personally more productive, while only a minority of organizations can attribute any EBIT impact to it — a share that has stayed flat year over year (McKinsey, The state of AI in 2026). AI does not create its own returns. The management system around it does.
What Propelon Does
Propelon is the AI value realization layer that sits above the tools an enterprise already runs — idea management, AI assistants, work and task tools, collaboration platforms, and systems of record. It reads what actually happened through telemetry and evidence, and holds every initiative to one question: did the investment pay? Ideas that do not align to a declared focus area never reach development — or the meter. What clears the gate is measured for adoption and value, initiative by initiative, and the number is signed by Finance, not self-reported.
The Loop
Proof
Propelon was shaped inside large, regulated organizations, where scrutiny is highest and evidence wins. At one Fortune 5 healthcare enterprise it has earned three successive mandates — an engineering transformation, an innovation-acceleration pilot, and the business operating system for a new healthcare-AI venture — with 5,000+ engineers instrumented and 90%+ sustained adoption, telemetry-verified. Propelon keeps its claims separate: sustained adoption is a telemetry fact; a Finance-verified return is a different, harder claim, made only where Finance has signed.
Why It Matters to My Work
Propelon is the commercial expression of the argument running through my Field Notes on the Agentic Enterprise: that pricing follows the outcome, that verification is the bottleneck, and that the organizations which can prove what their AI did are the ones allowed to do more of it. Building its go-to-market is the same discipline I bring to every revenue engine — define the outcome, instrument it, and sell what you can prove.
